About Me
I've been a Personal Trainer since 2003. I'd come back from a telecoms project in India to my home in Alpharetta, GA and decided I did not want to do projects like that again. So I retired, did nothing for a while, got into bad habits until finally my wife told me I was not going to live long if I did not start working again. She suggested becoming a Personal Trainer because I have exercised and played sports pretty much my whole adult life. It has turned out to be a good decision. I meet interesting people, help them with serious issues and I benefit through a healthy, active, get up early life style. Early in 2007 I started my website www.bodyrestored.com as means to share my reading with anyone who has the same interests. My training clients have a variety of medical and injury issues which gives me an incentive to keep on learning. At the moment Asthma and Diabetes are subjects I spend quite a lot of time on.
