Workout combining muscle strength and cardio |
The circuit training video is about 5 minutes long. The actual workout is 30 minutes. The plan is to work one muscle group hard and then move onto another muscle group. We typically go hard for about 10 minutes, take a short break to get a sip of water and then go hard again. This workout is not for everyone but it is intense and burns a lot of calories.
