Five Colossal Nutrition Mistakes

1. Not enough protein and the protein that is in your diet concentrated
into evening dinner. Every meal, and if possible every snack as well,
needs to have some protein.

2. Not being honest with yourself about time available to prepare food. If
this is you, seriously consider either Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem. Clients
have achieved great results with both.

3. Assuming that a food product labeled low fat is the best choice. Often
low fat means high sugar and sugar is your real enemy. Keep your sugar
intake down to close to zero.

4. Missing breakfast is a colossal mistake. Breakfast takes time you say
and I want to rush out to beat the traffic. Simple solution: take a slice of
beef, a lettuce leaf, sprinkle with olive oil and a shake of oregano, roll up
and enjoy. Total time: less than 3 minutes.

5. Not having a back-up plan for eating. Simple fast solution: always
carry 2 small tins of canned tuna and a plastic fork. You are stuck, you
are hungry, forget fast food, you have the healthy answer in your bag.
