Exercise-induced Asthma
The 30 second summary:
- change your nutrition to take in sufficient Omega-3 fatty acids

- Vitamin C.

- take your medication exactly as prescribed
----- if this includes daily preventative medication, do it

- warm up gently for at least 10 minutes

- - ---if you get an attack slow down to almost stopped but not standing still
-- -------if the attack persists, stop altogether and use a rescue inhaler (if that
is your prescription)

- after an attack is over do not give up on exercise, it is usually possible to
exercise, even exercise hard after exercise-induced asthma episode.
This is called the Refractory Period when a new attack is unlikely.

- Cool down over at least 5 minutes because the finish of a workout is a prime
time for an asthma attack as a result of the exercise.
