Advantages of Working out at Home
Motivation or lack of it is the biggest obstacle to working out
regularly. If you workout regularly your chance of losing weight, getting
fit, dealing with your health issues all improve dramatically.

Home Workouts are your way to working out regularly and
effectively. I show up at your house at exactly the time you can workout.
For you this means no fighting traffic; no trying to fit workouts in
between children catching the bus, early conference calls, changing
cliemt meeting and inflexible work schedules.

Arguments against home workouts are usually around lack of space;
lack of facilities; lack of equipment. The reality from my experience is
that together we can workout in your living room (however small) or
hallway, or basement, or patio. There is always somewhere. I bring some
weights, resistance bands and an exercise ball. You will workout hard
and effectively at home
- promise.

What is home workout like in practise? We'll discuss your
objectives. Do you have any injuries. Do you have any medical
conditions. What do you like in workouts and what you hate. I'll make
sure that every workout is tuned exactly to you and that they keep on
changing so that you never get bored.

Does it have to be at home ? No, it could be at your office. Many office
buildings have gyms. Increasingly, sub-divisions have their own gyms.

Does it have to be one to one training ? No, two friends working out
together can be fun and cost effective. Mother and daughter is also good
as long as their training objectives are close.
