10 Things to Remember
The ACSM [American College of Sports Medicine] has an excellent magazine called ACSM
Health & Fitness Journal . The magazine is aimed at people in any medical field or health
and fitness jobs - including personal trainers. I love it as it always has new things to
understand and think about. Every issue has a Take 10 section just inside the back cover to
distribute to students, clients and patients. This is a good way to make it easy for clients to
read ACSM's Take 10. I hope you learn and enjoy.
